I feel like i could have been a programmer if things werent so shitty

Hey y'all, I'm wanting to start a blog. And actually make my thoughts known to the world outside aside from just art shit.
And i also want to start writing a blog. so this is my first blog post. i think this will be a diary of sorts where i log my thoughts but also write articles about things i like, & ideas i have.
Lately i've been having trouble making things and following through on things i say im gonna do. I plan to log my struggle with productivity and my complicated feelings on the matter here for the time being. i feel like i learned a lot about html formatting today. i created this blog page, fixed up my main page somewhat, fixed up my contact page. this site is almost useable. although insanely rough and very bare bones. but i made all of this myself, literally formatting it from scratch and various copy/pasted things i could find online. like copy and pasting things, and reverse engineering the parts i liked on to other web pages that i have. Im working on making a conhesive theme for my thing but this is a start.
To anyone reading this and making judgements on my professionalism based on the look of my website, please understand im self taught and am learning how to do this from scratch because i want to have these skills for myself, or at least a basic knowledge. I feel like I could have been a programmer if i didnt decide to be contrarian and purposely not learn it in some weird form of defiance. maybe it's not too late to pivot? but working in programming these days means working with Ai, which would suckkkk, so i guess i dodged a bullet with that one.
I'm glad I get to make my mediocre web pages by myself and do things my own way, nomatter how time consuming or impractical those things may be.
